As part of the Women in Power event series of KATT: Kvinnor som Arbetar med Teknik trivs Tillsammans (Women who Work with Technology Thrive Together), Donna will be a guest speaker and will give her talk on “How to Thrive in the Workplace as a Woman in Tech and in Diaspora.”

The event is open to members of KATT and those within the ABB and Hitachi Energy network in Sweden who would like to join KATT.

About KATT

The association KATT was founded in 1987 and had strong support in the then ASEA, among others by ABB’s Sweden manager Bert-Olof Svanholm. The aim was to encourage, motivate and inspire the few women who had chosen a technical profession to a career in the traditionally male technical field by offering a network where female technicians could meet.

KATT also today has the ambition to function as a network for female technicians within ABB and Hitachi Energy in Sweden in order to increase the development opportunities and well-being of these women.
